We
recently worked with a major healthcare insurer, reviewing
a product that was not meeting the sales levels expected
after three years, despite it being a unique product
to the insurance market. After identifying that the
existing sales channels were already heavily saturated
areas in terms of products offered to the customer,
we designed a new marketing strategy targeting new sales
channels and a different customer sector who saw the
need for the product as part of their insurance arrangements.
